US carriers filter texts from numbers that are not registered for business texting. SixVox handles that registration (A2P 10DLC) on every plan. Texts can fail to deliver until the carrier approves it. Unregistered sender details.

SixVox is an internet phone service (VoIP). A 911 call from it is not the same as a call from a traditional phone: it may not reach your local dispatch center, and it may not send your location. Do not use SixVox as your only way to reach emergency services. 47 CFR 9.11 · FCC 911 dispatchable location.

Connect Jobber under Integrations, then create or match a client and request from a call thread. Connect stays off until JOBBER_CLIENT_ID and JOBBER_CLIENT_SECRET are set. Tokens stay on the server.

When am I charged?

How do I cancel?

Open Billing and tap Cancel plan. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Is the AI receptionist only on Team?

No. The AI receptionist is on Solo, Team, and Scale. Solo includes 50 AI calls, Team 200, and Scale 600.

Do I pay extra for texting registration?

US carriers require business texting registration. SixVox handles that registration on every plan. Texts can be filtered until the carrier approves it.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Billing. The difference is handled on your next invoice.
