Common questions
Do I need a card to start?
You can create an account without paying. When you pick a plan, checkout collects payment details and starts the 14-day trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends. The trial includes 1 number, 1 seat, and 20 AI receptionist calls.
Can I keep the number customers already call?
Yes. Leave it with your carrier and forward it to SixVox. Callers keep dialing the same digits. Moving the number in (port-in) is coming soon.
What if I'm on a roof or under a sink?
The AI receptionist is on every plan, including Solo. It answers, asks what the job is, and leaves the summary in your inbox. Missed-call text-back is included on every plan. Turn it on in that line's settings and an unanswered inbound call gets a text from that number.

Call recording is off for each line until you turn it on. When it is on, everyone on the call hears a recording notice before recording starts, including voicemail and the AI receptionist.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Billing has a Cancel plan button. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
US carriers filter texts from numbers that are not registered for business texting. SixVox handles that registration (A2P 10DLC) on every plan. Texts can fail to deliver until the carrier approves it. Unregistered sender details.
